Bells Lane started off as a duo with Gail and Sooby playing acoustic guitars and singing. After playing together for a bit we decided to record our original songs.
We met Deanna Inkson from Bantam Studios just outside of Ballarat Victoria and we ended up recording our first album, Paint It Blue. The album includes a number of our favourite muso friends adding bass, harmonica and lead guitar. Our talented sound engineer, D, plays drums, melodica and mandolin.

Paint It Blue is our first recording. This includes eight of our original songs as well as four covers.

We perform as an acoustic duo as well as a 4 to 5 piece band for bigger gigs. Bells lane have performed at festivals, parties and live venues and are available for hire.
